Profile Customisations
The talkhaus has various profile customisations, some available to any user, and some specific to single users. Given that these most often show up in the post sidebar, these are tangentially related to Hats. The custom ones are mostly just added for fun by Rena, and plague the talkhaus theme's source code.
Profile customisations available to anyone
Profile fields
Flair
The flair field is shown under the user's avatar and can contain any text, similar to a reddit flair.
Pronouns
The pronoun field allows you to enter any text string to tell people what your pronouns for. The default options are "he/him", "she/her", "they/them", but any textual value may be entered.
Website
A hidden profile field available only for admins, is currently used to link people's profiles to their talkhaus site.
Profile customisations specific to users
Some users have custom profile modifications that were added by admins as special easter eggs. These are rarely added, but stick around when they are.
Trophies
Some users have a trophy icon displayed next to their name, for example Argumentable and Ditocoaf. This has been inconsistently used over the years, but is intended to be used to add awards for people, and can be hovered over to see the award text.
RedMageSusie's duck
RedMageSusie's profile has a small duck icon next to their name. When you click on it, it squeaks like a rubber duck.
