Late Carnivale is a Make a Good Level X3 contest entry, submitted by Mabel. The player may choose between Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad. If Mario is chosen, he will use different sprite art.
Overview
Star Coin
Just before the first checkpoint flag, there is a vertical conveyor belt leading up from a pit. Carefully time your jump to intercept both the Star Coin and the conveyor, and ride it back up to safety.

Well, it *was* easy I suppose, haha. Man I'm just sad that the level was this short. It was exhibiting these really cool gimmick ideas it might've used if it was taken more seriously. Those sideways conveyor belts and energy-ring enemies made me super excited to see what the level was going to do with itself, but then the level ended. :(
Zatsupachi
Preventing. The Urge. To Sing Along. Ah! It's kinda sad that this level just sorta ends. I wanted more but alas this feels to be the product of working on something dangerous close to the deadline. Oh well.
Rameau's Nephew
I'm not sure "easy" means "short". What little is here honestly isn't that bad, but then things cut off abruptly. Doesn't look too shabby, either, although the music, though possessed of a certain funkitude, is a bit gwarfy in timbre.
+ What's there is pretty OK.
- Not all that much is there.
Other: It figures Tails would immediately seek out the most uninteresting of rides at the carnival yet somehow manage to fail to get on it nonetheless.
